How We Work with You

We have a two workshare models to suit all clients and their complex range of projects. Select the model that suits you best and we will provide the flexibility you need as circumstances change.

Project by Project
The project-based model services first-time, occasional and smaller volume clients. The service team may vary depending on intermediate dead-lines, while the team leader and key personnel ensure continuity.

You identify a project and send us the latest drawings a Scope of Work, clear instructions and task list, a sample package to set expectations and a delivery time frame.
Satellier clarifies the scope and provides a fee proposal based on our estimation of the required man-hours.
Once the terms are mutually agreed, we mobilize a team and work collaboratively with your team to complete the project within the agreed time frame.
We raise invoices monthly based on a predetermined fee schedule.

When we partner at a concept or schematic design stage (when the amount of work is uncertain) we can work on an hourly basis until the deliverables can be defined and a fixed fee agreed.

Dedicated Studio
Satellier is an expert at working with you via a Studio Model. We serve major clients with an exclusive dedicated team on an annual retainer. This enhances efficiency due to our continual application of retained knowledge of your standards, protocols and styles.

You engage your Dedicated Studio team as you see fit – on one project or several. We discuss and agree on programs and milestones for each project, but you are free to utilize your Studio based your evolving requirements.
