Satellier’s team has talented architects with Indian experience whose skills have been honed with the exposure of working with the world’s best firms.  In 2008, Satellier, as a natural corollary, added India Design Management Services (DMS) to its service offerings.

We are familiar with the workings of International design practices and expectations, and our experienced Project Managers and Team Leaders have extensive local experience heading & successfully executing local projects and are more than adept to head local projects in India.

The Directors and Senior Project Managers, who have had professional experience in North America, the Middle East, and Asia, have retained a close association with various architectural schools and professional bodies like the AIA in the US and RIBA in the UK. They are also professionally registered with the Council of Architecture, India, and are LEED (AP) accredited professionals.

We bring to the table the ability to use our International experience to adapt and localize both international detailing as well as material palettes to suit Indian conditions and to generate Construction documentation to International standards.

And we are known worldwide for our expertise in creating and managing an intelligent 3D model that can be used throughout the project lifecycle. Also known as Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), the model can be used to compare design options, coordinate design elements, extract coordinated construction drawings and accurate quantities of materials, perform pre-construction analysis, conduct contractibility reviews, simulate construction, and perform facility and asset management functions.
